| Event Description | The countdown is finally coming to a close. Rumble In The Cage 40 is just around the corner and fight fans are in for one special night of fights. We take the show on the road again, this time heading east to join in the festivities in Taber, Alberta's Cornfest. The main event will have fans experiencing sensory overload, as Lethbridges own Jordan 'Young Gun' Mein takes on Jason High, 'The Kansas City Bandit.' Young gun has quite the test ahead of him, as High is known to be a skilled wrestler, an accomplished veteran fighter of Dream, as well as the UFC. Both men are hungry for this win, and are sure to put it all out on the line the second the bell sounds. Heavy hitter Jeremy Smerek is back in action and fans can expect him to be looking for a knock out as he takes on Shawn Pauliuk. Local favorites Brendan Blacquier, Pete Neufeld, as well as Brandi Merritt are also set to battle on the card, each looking to score wins in front of their hometown this Thursday night. |
